Yes, we manage all permits including DOB, DOH (Department of Health), FDNY, and liquor authority requirements. We know the NYC restaurant permitting process inside and out.
We coordinate with your kitchen equipment supplier for installation. We also handle all supporting infrastructure: gas lines, electrical, plumbing, and ventilation for commercial cooking equipment.
All part of the build. We install commercial grease traps, hood systems, ansul fire suppression, and make-up air units in compliance with NYC codes.
Most restaurant build-outs take 3–6 months depending on size and complexity. We provide a detailed timeline during the planning phase.
